Step by step
Step 1 – Submit Your Contact Form
Complete our online contact form, and one of our experienced consultants will reach out to you via phone or WhatsApp—whichever you prefer.
Step 2 – Personalised Consultation
You’ll have a one-on-one consultation with your dedicated expert to explore the treatment options that suit your goals as well as prices. Whether it’s dental, hair restoration, or a combined package, we’ll guide you through everything.
Step 3 – Upload Photos & Sign Consent
We’ll ask you to upload relevant images:
- For hair: photos of your scalp (especially the back of your head)
- For dental: a clear image of your smile
You’ll also be asked to complete and sign your digital consent form.
Step 4 – Secure Your Booking
To confirm your place, you’ll receive a secure payment link to submit your booking fee. Once paid, you’ll be able to select your treatment date.
Step 5 – Confirmation & Pre-Treatment Advice
You’ll receive:
- A payment receipt
- Booking confirmation
A pre-treatment guide, including important dos and don’ts to help you prepare
Step 6 – Begin Your Transformation
Attend your appointment and start your journey to an amazing hairline or a pearly white smile—or both.
